The DVD is split into 9 chapters, fully navigable from the menu screen. It was originally filmed in 1995 on NTSC VHS video cassette, so the quality of the film is not up to modern day standards, however, the information contained in this DVD is as relevant today as it was when the programme was created. 

The DVD is supplied in a full sized case with a colour printed inlay. The graphics are printed directly onto the disk not onto a label, so there is no possibility of the disk becoming jammed in the player due to label curling.
 
  With a running time of approximately 51 minutes, Stuart Farnell will explain & demonstrate the various massage techniques.
