Peppermint oil (mentha piperita) has a strong, sharp refreshing aroma. Peppermint oil can help to clear the mind prior to making important decisions. Diffuse in offices & other work related areas to improve concentration & focus the mind.

Adding 1 or 2 drops to a cold compress can  cool & refresh when heat can be oppressive.

The oil is extracted by steam distillation from the leaves & flowering tops.

  • 3 drops Peppermint
  • 2 drops Lemon
  • 2 drops Rosemary
