Scents-ible Solutions processes payments via Paypal. Using the Paypal service means that we do not see your credit/debit card details. You are not required to have a Paypal account, choose pay via credit/debit card option.
Completing your purchases
You can quickly & easily complete your purchases online. If you prefer to complete your purchase offline, you have a choice of options. You may send your completed order online, add items to the basket, view cart, click on the 'Pay Now' button (which will direct you to a form to complete with your name & address details) then press 'Submit', your order will then be sent to us. Cheques & Postal Orders made payable to Scents-ible Solutions & forwarded to the address on our Contact Us page. Please ensure you include your name & address with your payment. Alternatively you may pay via bank transfer, our bank details are available upon request. To complete your purchases offline altogether, you have the option to download, print & complete our Order Form & forward with your payment.
Please note - Goods will be dispatched upon clearance of funds.
There is no minimum order value.
Orders of £10 will automatically receive a free gift.
Orders to be delivered within the UK will benefit from Free P&P.
Orders from outside the UK
We welcome orders from outside of the UK, these orders will be subject to shipping charges. You may place an order online & request a shipping quote. There is no obligation to complete the purchase once you have received the shipping quote. If an order to be delivered outside of the UK is placed & paid for, Scents-ible Solutions reserves the right to request additional monies for shipping charges. If the shipping charges are not forwarded, your payment will be refunded & no goods will be dispatched.

We do not pass your details onto any third parties at anytime.
Returning Items
If you wish to return an item due to a 'change of mind', you may do so within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Due to the nature of the goods sold by Scents-ible Solutions, they must be unopened, unused & in saleable condition for a refund to be issued. You will be liable for the return carriage costs & ensure that you obtain a 'proof of postage'. A 15% handling charge will be deducted from the total of the refund due to cover admin & re-stocking costs.
Newsletters
Periodically we send out newsletters, you can subscribe to our newsletter by sending us an email & inserting 'Newsletter Subscribe' in the subject line. If you decide at anytime that you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, you can request your details be removed from our mailing list. Email to request removal.
